Accion awards each full-time employee $750 a year to use for professional development. You can only have a total of $1500 in your professional development fund. To use your funding each employee must submit a PD Pre-Approval form and yearly needs to submit a policy acknowledgement form to HRTraining@accion.org and CC it to their manager. Once the Accioninsta has received a confirmation email from HR, Accionistas can use their funds for further grow in their role.
